Homie - CRM with AI Secretary and Geographic Booking

Built an automated sales and logistics system for Homie Håndværkerservice with geographic zone-based booking, automatic 50/50 invoicing, SMS dispatch of subcontractors, and an AI secretary that drafts email replies in Gmail.

BLOX Copenhagen 01/09
Exhibitions

BLOX Copenhagen Exhibition

On the opening day at BLOX, Karlssonark was one of the few architecture firms exhibiting their work. I was responsible for creating VR experiences, designing abstract lighting projections for the walls, and editing 3D videos.

Maya Python pipeline tool for 3D bathroom module automation at AFRY
Technical Art

Maya Pipeline

I developed an internal Python tool to automate the production and rendering of thousands of bathroom module variations, significantly reducing manual workload and saving countless hours.

Internal material library and asset browser built for AFRY with MongoDB and USD
Technical Art

Internal Material Library

Designed and built a bespoke material library and asset browser for AFRY's internal 3D pipeline, with MongoDB powering the backend. Assets are stored and referenced in USD (Universal Scene Description) - Pixar's open format that lets materials travel cleanly across DCC tools like Maya and Houdini without conversion loss, making it a natural fit for AFRY's multi-application workflow.

Technical Art

Game Mechanics Simulation Tool

Built an internal After Effects tool to simulate game mechanics, allowing artists to test and visualize game interactions before programming. Bridging the gap between art and development teams.

Product photography and videography for Tuco Marine boat series
Marketing

Videography & Photography

At Tuco Marine I was in charge of taking photos of the boat series. This also included videography and video editing.

Graphic Design for Tuco Marine
Marketing

Graphic Design & Print

At Tuco Marine, I managed all graphic design and print materials for exhibitions and events - including booklets, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.

3D

WebGL | Photorealistic Amber

A personal project exploring real-time rendering of photorealistic amber with subsurface scattering, refraction, and embedded prehistoric insects. Built with Three.js.

3D

WebGL | Interactive Product Showcase

A high-end interactive landing page featuring a real-time 3D HOKA shoe with scroll-driven animation, per-section camera poses and dynamic lighting. Built with Three.js.

3D

WebGL | Porsche 3D Showcase

A real-time 3D Porsche visualization built with Three.js, featuring photorealistic materials, dynamic lighting, and interactive camera controls. A personal exploration of high-fidelity automotive rendering in the browser.

DemensX architectural 3D visualization by Gustav Morving for Karlssonark
3D

DemensX

On the DemensX project (by Karlssonark), I produced 3D and 360° 3D, using the digital model as a design tool to explore spatial concepts, materiality, and atmosphere beyond simple representation.

Planner App

I developed a custom internal tool for sprint planning that dramatically streamlined our workflow, saving the team countless hours.

Games

Rolling Rebels

Rolling Rebels: Aztec is a physics-based ball platformer I developed as a personal hobby project. I designed all the gameplay, levels, and custom shaders myself. Rated 9.3 on Y8.

Games

Gulf of Mexico

A fun, simple game where you throw a swim‑ring while avoiding a bull and a coyote. I created the concept and 3D characters myself, then brought them to life with Mixamo animations.

3D

Region Skåne

Creating accurate 3D animations to capture rehabilitation exercises for the Region Skåne health authority.

RevoltFX II particle effects tool for game development at Relax Gaming
Technical Art

Revolt FX II

I built an internal tool focused on testing mechanics and rapidly developing fully AI-generated assets, later refined into high-end games.

Technical Art

Animation Curve

Built a simple curve editor tool to generate the JavaScript needed for Bézier animations - a smaller free alternative to GSAP. Created as an internal tool for our animators.

AI Art Pipeline for rapid game asset generation at Relax Gaming

AI Art Pipeline

I built an internal tool focused on testing mechanics and rapidly developing fully AI-generated assets, later refined into high-end games.

Slot game data analysis - Python web scraping and data visualization
Data Science

Slot Game Data Analysis

Developed a web-scraping program to collect data from all published slot games. Built a visualization showing correlations between game parameters and overall ratings to guide design decisions.

Data Science

Dynamic Competitor Price Tracker

A real-time pricing intelligence tool that monitors competitor prices across multiple e-commerce platforms. Features live dashboard updates, price alerts, and automated repricing.

Stock Prediction Tool 01/02
Data Science

Stock Price Prediction Tool

A machine learning model built with Python and PyTorch that predicts potential future stock prices using historical Yahoo Finance data with an LSTM neural network.

3D

Historical Statue Preservation

Digitally preserved historical sculptures using a high-resolution DSLR and photogrammetry pipelines in Agisoft Metashape and RealityCapture. Hundreds of overlapping photographs were processed into dense point clouds and high-fidelity meshes - producing museum-quality 3D assets suitable for archiving, academic research, and real-time exhibition display.

3D

NFT Art Collection

A three-part NFT card collection featuring Alien, Human, and Robot - each rendered in 3D with distinct materials, lighting, and character design. The series explores identity and archetype through a sci-fi lens, with each card engineered to hold visual impact at both thumbnail and full resolution.
