3D renders for commercial letting - straight from your CAD files

You have the AutoCAD drawings. I turn them into photorealistic images of your shopfronts, building facade, and outdoor areas - ready to use in letting brochures, property portals, and rental advertisements before the building is complete.

Why work with me

01

CAD-first workflow

Send me your AutoCAD or DWG files and I build from there. No need for physical samples, site visits, or completed construction. If the geometry exists in your drawings, it can be visualised.

02

Start marketing before you build

Letting agents and property portals need images the moment you list. With 3D renders, your commercial units, shopfronts, and outdoor seating areas can be photographed before a single brick is laid.

03

Remote delivery, UK clients welcome

All file exchange, briefing, and delivery is handled remotely. I work with developers and agents across the UK - a project brief and your CAD files are all you need to get started.

What I render

Everything a letting advertisement needs

For a commercial development with street-level retail and an external seating area, a typical render package covers:

🏢

Full building facade

One or more elevations rendered to photorealistic quality - the view a prospective tenant or customer will see from the street.

🏪

Shopfront units

Individual retail units shown with glazing, signage zones, and entrance details. Useful for letting agents marketing to multiple prospective tenants simultaneously.

Outdoor seating area

External terrace, forecourt, or public-facing open space - rendered with furniture, planting, and people to communicate scale and atmosphere.

🌅

Lighting variations

Daytime and dusk renders of the same view are a common request - the evening image in particular performs strongly in property marketing.

How it works

From CAD file to finished image

01

Send your brief

Share your CAD files, drawings, or references. Tell me which views matter and how the renders will be used - letting brochure, portal listing, press release.

02

3D model built

I build the 3D geometry from your drawings. Materials, glazing, landscaping, and context are added to match the design intent.

03

Draft renders

You receive lower-resolution preview renders for approval. This is where camera angles and material choices are confirmed before the final render pass.

04

Final delivery

High-resolution files delivered in the formats you need - print-ready TIFF, web-optimised JPEG, or both. Typically within 5-10 working days from approved brief.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with clients in the UK?

Yes. All work is delivered remotely - file exchange, briefing calls, and delivery happen online. UK developers, landlords, and letting agents are welcome to get in touch. No on-site visit is required.

What file formats do you need to get started?

AutoCAD DWG or DXF files are ideal. I also work from Revit exports, SketchUp files, PDF drawings, or detailed reference images. If you have technical drawings of any kind, we can usually make it work.

How long does it take?

A standard package of 2-4 exterior renders typically takes 5-10 working days from approved brief and received files. More complex projects or larger view packages take longer - I will give you a realistic timeline upfront.

Can you render individual shop units separately for different tenants?

Yes. Once the base model is built, individual units can be rendered with different signage zones, shopfront finishes, or branding options. This is particularly useful when marketing to multiple prospective tenants simultaneously.

What resolution and format will I receive?

Final images are delivered at print resolution (typically 300 DPI, A3 or larger) as TIFF or high-quality JPEG. Web-optimised versions for portals and listings are included as standard. I can match specific dimension requirements from your letting agent or portal.

We don't have a finalised design yet - can we still work together?

Yes. Many clients come with a near-final design and refine it during the render process. That said, significant design changes after modelling has started will affect both cost and timeline, so the more resolved your drawings are, the more straightforward the project.

Ready to market your development?

Send me your CAD files and a brief description of what you need. I'll come back within one working day with a clear quote and timeline.
