How far in advance should I brief a trade show project?

For a complete stand package (design plus print production), allow 4-6 weeks from brief to delivery. If you only need design files for a vendor already briefed, 2-3 weeks is usually sufficient. Rush timelines are negotiable.

Can you match our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. I work within provided brand guidelines and visual identity systems. If guidelines do not exist, I can establish a visual language for the stand that is consistent with your existing marketing materials.

Do you design for digital screens on the stand as well?

Yes - animated loops for screen displays, including simple motion graphics and product turntables, are part of the service.
