AI Pipelines

AI in your workflow - actually working

Custom AI pipelines and agents for creative studios and agencies. Not demos, not experiments - production tools that use AI where it genuinely reduces work and delivers consistent results.

Why work with me

01

Production-first approach

AI tools are only useful if they hold up under real production conditions. Every tool I build is designed for the edge cases, the bad inputs, and the deadlines that real work involves.

02

Full-stack capability

From the AI model (Claude, Stable Diffusion, custom fine-tunes) to the interface your team uses every day. One person who can build the whole stack rather than three who need to coordinate.

03

Honest scoping

I will tell you when AI is the right tool and when a simpler Python script would do the same job faster. No technology for its own sake.

Real projects. Real clients.

ComfyUI Production Pipeline

AI Image Generation for Creative Studio

Built a ComfyUI workflow pipeline for a creative studio that standardised AI image generation across a team. Included custom nodes for brand-consistent outputs and a simple web interface for non-technical users.

Claude API Agent

LLM-Powered Asset Documentation

Developed a Claude API-powered tool that reads 3D scene metadata and automatically generates structured asset documentation. Reduced manual documentation time from hours to minutes per project.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an AI agent and do I need one?

An AI agent is a program that uses an LLM (like Claude or GPT) to make decisions and take actions - reading files, calling APIs, generating outputs - based on instructions. You need one if you have a multi-step process that currently requires human judgement at each step but follows a consistent enough pattern that it could be automated.

How do you integrate AI into an existing workflow?

I start by mapping the existing workflow and identifying where AI can add genuine value - usually generation, classification, or summarisation tasks. Then I build a targeted tool that slots into the workflow at that point, rather than replacing the whole process.

Is this expensive? What does an AI pipeline project cost?

Scope varies widely. A targeted single-purpose agent (e.g. auto-generating asset descriptions) might be a one-week project. A full ComfyUI production pipeline with custom interface could be four to eight weeks. I quote per project after a scoping call.

Want AI doing the repetitive work in your production?

Tell me about the workflow. I will tell you where AI genuinely helps and what it would take to build.
